Pastors Kevin and Wanda Ross are the loving and encouraging Senior Pastors at Victory Church. They share the same passion to see people live a victorious life in Christ. They believe living victoriously is about living a life filled with purpose in harmony with God’s plan for us.

Between the two of them they have over 30 years of ministry experience. Before Victory Church, they Co-Pastored Victory Chapel for 15 years and planted Victory Community Church both in Accokeek, MD.

Pastors Kevin and Wanda have been married for over 40 years. They have two adult sons and three precious grandchildren so far!

Reverends Kevin and Lindsey were appointed to serve as Victory Community Church Leaders on September 24th 2017. Prior to that, they served at Victory Chapel over several ministries for 10+ years. 

Rev Kevin is known for being a strong teacher, an encourager and a caring counselor. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Victory Community Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged. Rev Kevin takes worship and preaching very seriously, and above all he embraces the life of a servant.

Rev Kevin and Lindsey have been happily married for 13 years! They have 9 year old twins, Kevin III and Brooklyn and 3 year old Eli!
